Passengers name c2c as Britain’s best rail service 2022

14 October 2022: c2c passengers are again the most satisfied commuters in the country, according to the latest research from independent watchdog Transport Focus.

The Transport Focus survey, which interviewed rail passengers across the country, revealed that c2c tops the league with 96% overall satisfaction rate among the passengers surveyed.

c2c also comes in first place among train operators for punctuality/reliability, with 96% of passengers saying they are satisfied and 91% saying they were satisfied in terms of the level of crowding.

c2c’s Managing Director, Rob Mullen, said: “We are extremely proud of these latest results from Transport Focus which show that c2c continues to provide a punctual and reliable service. This is only possible through the daily dedication of all the team at c2c.

“However, we are not resting on our laurels and know we have to continue the hard work to provide a punctual and reliable service that our customers have come to expect from us.”
