It’s the season of bouquets of flowers, heart-shaped boxes of chocolates or even romantic getaways (by train, perhaps!), so c2c is bringing the love this season by encouraging customers to, ‘tell your loved ones that you choo-choo-choose them this Valentine’s Day!’
The sweet messages will then be displayed on February 14 on c2c’s ticketing machine screens across the London to south Essex route, as well as being featured on c2c’s social media channels.
c2c’s Head of Stations, Joe Hendry has said “Our people and stations are the beating heart of our communities, we are a romantic old bunch here at c2c and know our customers are too. We can’t wait to see the messages of love from customers displayed on our ticketing machines.”
If you’d like to get involved, fill out the form with your name, the name of your person of interest and your special Valentine’s message.

This was a poem written by a French medieval Duke named Charles to his wife in 1415. Charles penned a sweet note to his lover while he was imprisoned in the Tower of London at just 21 years old. One of the lines in the poem reads, “I am already sick of love, My very gentle Valentine.” Sweet!
