Local rail operator Trenitalia c2c is offering up to 50% off Off-Peak Return tickets as part of the Great British Rail Sale 2025.

This year, the annual Great British Rail Sale (GBRS) is part of the UK’s 200 years of rail celebrations. c2c customers can book their discounted Off-Peak Return tickets from 14-20 January 2025, for travel between 17 January and 31 March 2025.

There are over two million tickets up for grabs, which will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. All tickets must be purchased at least 3 days prior to travel – and with such significant savings on offer, c2c encourages customers to book early to secure the best deals.

To book your tickets, please go to c2c-online.co.uk or use the c2c Train Travel app.

c2c Managing Director, Rob Mullen, said: “At c2c, we know 2025 is going to be a huge year for the rail industry, so we are delighted to be taking part in the Great British Rail Sale and celebrate 200 years of rail.

“This sale aligns with our goals of Net-Zero, community support and providing top-tier service. By offering up to half-price fares, we’re making it easier for everyone to join the celebration of rail’s rich history and bright future,” he added.
