Who manages the station car parks?

Our car parks are managed by National Car Parks Limited (NCP) – and, thanks to guidance from the British Transport Police, we continue to make sure they are as safe and secure as possible.

How do I pay for parking?

We have rolled out automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) to all c2c car parks, which will now be cashless. Customers using these stations can still pay at our pay and display machines and via the RingGo app).

How many parking spaces are available?

Spaces vary from car park to car park. There is a certain amount of free, disabled parking at our car parks – available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the station information section of this website (https://www.c2c-online.co.uk/our-network/our-routes-and-stations/) for more information about disabled parking.

How do I update my car details for parking at stations?

To change the number plate associated with your RingGo parking permit, please visit the company’s website. You’ll need your vehicle registration number, mobile phone number and your pin number to hand. Please be aware that you can only associate one vehicle with your permit at any one time, though you can change the number plates as often as you like. The change is immediate, starting from the time you confirm the new or changed number plate. Alternatively email Support@ringgo.co.uk or call 0345 050 70 80.
