What should I do if my c2c Smartcard is damaged?

If your c2c Smartcard has been damaged and needs to be replaced call our 03457 44 44 22 (select option two).

Lines are open 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 16:00 on weekends and Bank Holidays.
