We know that some passengers can feel uncomfortable if they have to explain why they need to use a Priority Seat. By wearing a badge, you are displaying the fact that c2c recognise your need for a seat. We expect other passengers will also recognise this and offer you their seat, without challenging the nature of your disability. However, the badge does not guarantee a seat on any c2c service and does not force other passengers to give up a seat.
