If your Season Ticket is damaged, illegible or defective – for example, if it will no longer work in ticket gate – it will be replaced free of charge at a station ticket office. If you are using a paper ticket, you can increase its longevity by registering for a free c2c Smartcard and loading your ticket onto it.
Smartcard holder? If you believe your card is not working, please speak to a member of staff at any station, who will be able to check your card for you. If your c2c Smartcard needs to be replaced please visit any station ticket office, or call 03457 44 44 22 (selecting option two). Alternatively, you can call our customer relations team on 0345 744 4422 (selecting option six). Lines are open 08:00 – 20:00 from Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:00 on weekends and Bank Holidays.
