We’re always looking at ways to improve your experience on c2c, and we’d love to hear about your experience travelling with us (positive or negative).
We’ll also be randomly selecting one entrant every six months to receive £500 in Amazon vouchers.
You can choose to either leave your feedback totally anonymously (your email will only be stored for the purpose of running the raffle and will not be associated with any other customer data we may hold on you), or provide your email if you’d like us to contact you to discuss any specific concerns you had.

- Raffle prize consists of one £500 Amazon voucher, drawn every six months on December 1 and June 1 (or the first business days thereafter)
- Entries to the raffle will be considered valid if they take place in the previous period (December 2 – May 31, June 2 – November 30) and do not show any signs of automated or bot activity
- You will be contacted by email within 10 working days if you have been successful
- Please only leave feedback for journeys wholly taken on c2c journeys. If your journey involved a different train service (eg. London Underground, Greater Anglia, LNER) please only feed back about the c2c portion of your journey – we are unable to pass on any feedback to other operators.
