The best way to check how many passes you have left on your Flexi-Season ticket is in the c2c Train Travel app. You can also check online, in the Flexi tab in your c2c online account where you’ll see top up and info.

How do I top-up my Flexi-Season ticket?

Once you have purchased your first bundle of 10 tickets, you will then need to use the top-up function. Continually buying Flexi-Season tickets using the main ticket purchase process will cause problems with your Smartcard. To top-up, login to your account and follow these steps: 1. Go to the Flexi section of your account 2. Click the ‘top-up’ button next to your ticket 3. Follow instructions to complete the top-up Alternatively, top up quickly and easily directly in the c2c Train Travel app.

When do Flexi-Season tickets expire?

The tickets are valid for travel on any day, up to 26 weeks after purchase, giving you the flexibility to choose when to use them; any remaining tickets that you haven’t used within this time will expire. However, if you top-up with another Flexi-Season pass between the same two stations, we will extend the validity of any unused tickets by another 26 weeks.
