Ticket retailing issue

An ongoing issue with our ticketing system means customers are unable to purchase tickets from the station ticket office. While the team is working hard to resolve the issue, the best way to purchase tickets and avoid the queue is with a c2c Smartcard and App. 

You can also continue to purchase tickets for your journey using the c2c website, or using a ticket machine at the station. At peak times the ticket machines will be busy, so please buy in advance, if you can, or purchase using a Smartcard and App.

You can order a c2c Smartcard here or collect one from your local station (subject to stock).

Using the c2c Smartcard with the mobile app means you can pay for tickets and load them onto the Smartcard, so when you arrive at the station, you wont need to queue for a ticket and can get straight onto the train.
