    - If travelling towards Grays/London, exit station entrance via platform 1, turn right and wait at bus stop A on London Road

    - If travelling towards Pitsea/Southend, exit station entrance via platform 2, turn left and wait at bus stop B opposite side of London Road

    NOTE: Due to a road closure at Stanford-le-Hope Level Crossing on Sunday 21 August 2016, c2c replacement buses will be unable to stop in the normal position on London Road.

    c2c rail replacement buses on this date will instead serve Rookery Corner Bus Stop, 10 minutes walk from the station.
